Language pack problems

Back again with another problem i have found with my 1.5.3.1 shop. I have two extra languages installed (Dutch & French) when i admin i find that in the default language English i can open Extensions/Modules but if i change admin language to either Dutch or French i cannot open the Extensions/Modules without receiving this fault Notice: Error: Could not load language module/cart! in C:\xampp\htdocs\Shop Backup\system\library\language.php on line 26 Has anybody got any clues to what causes this problem ?
