Can I make affiliate tracking code kept for the whole site on ver 1.5.4.1?

Please elaborate on what it is you mean exactly.

i want to some affiliate, can use xxxx code to sell all the products from my store, not only using the code for one product and then another code for another product.

The code IS the same for all products, and it's saved in visitor's cookie when he accesses any URL with the code once. The "generator" inside affiliate account just shows you links for "convenience", if you look at those links, you'll see that "tracking" is all the same.
