news mail

Hello , sorry for new topic , maybe I m noob but I must ask ...
I have one problem , when i sent news from admin panel to customers , customers recived this mail but look the sender name "&quot" http://img32.imageshack.us/img32/8595/mailproblem.jpg Please can you tell me how to change that .
