You began two threads 21 hrs. apart, both Live Shops, same website, http://forum.opencart.com/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=9348 22013 Jan 21 Mon 11:21 pm, and http://forum.opencart.com/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=93518 2013 Jan 22 Tue 8:43 am -- one suffices, both have comments.
No -- but to the flurries of people who arrive for literally an hour or so, put up two or more posts on the same thing, and disappear (as over the past few days). Some of them might see it before they do so in turn (as over the past few days). For that matter, there is not much significant difference between the first delay (Jan. into Feb., when the "new" site was no longer new) and the second delay (into July, when several instances of the same posting habit occurred).
Menu seems a bit broken on Safari..
