Specifying different home page for each multi store

Hi all,
I am running OC 1.5.3.1 and I run a lot of multi stores.
What I would like to do is have the ability to specify a different category as the default homepage for each multi store.
We run many sites that share the same products and categories etc but the homepage would work better if we were able to specify a specific page based upon the store and its target market
Is this possible?
