Replacement for Shipping Groups mod?

Hello, all. I just updated from 1.4.0 to 1.5.4.1, and only now have I discovered that the shipping mod I totally depended on, Shipping Groups, only works with 1.4.x stores, and it looks like it isn't being updated. Is there a 1.5.x-compatible mod that will let me set up shipping rates on and item-by-item basis, with different rates according to country?

You could probably use Product-Based Shipping or Category-Based Shipping.
