Changing the Admin Login Details

Hi guys, I'm new to Open Cart and was just wondering if anyone could tell me how I can change the Admin Login Details for the ADMIN section of the store.
Somehow I feel it has been compromised and so i want to change it but don't know how.

Admin->Configuration->User->Users->Edit->Change
