Vqmod problem

Hi people, so ive seen that many fixes and mods need vqmod to work. I have tried to get vqmod on my site to work bu to no avail. When i upload vqmod in root and try to launch the install it just sends me to securesignupoffers. Help me plz i seriously need some mods to fix me.

It seems that all the vqmod files just disappear as soon as they are uploaded? any ideas. The directories are there though.
