Redactor Wysisyg Editor

Hello
Has anybody installed the "Redactor" Editor? I tried to integrate it. It worked quite well, but i dont know how to use the image browser
Are you all using the standard editor? I am not happy with it, because the html-code it generates is very bad. Thats why I search a good alternative! Any tips?
