adding product qty update buttons on checkout-uber checkout

Hello,
i am trying to duplicate the checkout/cart page that has the update and remove product buttons next to the products to another checkout_checkout_two page that is part of Q's amazing uber checkout page
i have added the code (that i thought) was needed.
when i test it and as it to update the quantity i get the following message:
would anyone know what im missing?
