Search Function Not Working

I'm in the process of adding products to my site. I've tried searching for products and the search function doesn't work. I can't hit enter to search or click the search button. Both options do nothing.

I'm not very good with programming. Have no experience with it or formal training.

Not sure what I should be looking for.. If someone can point me in the right direction that would be great!
