Gift Vouchers assigned to Users

Hi,

I am new to OpenCart and I have configured a Gift Voucher on my site manually. The idea is to assign a gift voucher to a User and I have provided the To and From Email address on the configuration page. I had assumed that only a particular User can redeem the Gift Voucher.

However, I found that any User can use the gift voucher I created. How can assign the gift voucher to particular Users.

Need to fix this immediately. Your quick help is greatly appreciated.
