I have hosting account with several domains on. I installed OpenCart on one of the domains (not the main one) and now the url is like:
http://www.domain.com/domain
http://www.domain.com works as well but all the links have domain.com/domain in them
How do I change my url to http://www.domain.com?

The domain works just fine. The /domain only appeared after I installed OpenCart.
I have the same thing with WordPress installations, but WP allows to change the url in the admin panel afterwards. I'm not sure where I can change the url with OpenCart.

I changed the the urls in config.php in both admin and root. That fixed it!
