I want to add a new custom.css file for making css changes to the template instead of making changes directly into stylesheet.css (easier when there is an update)

How do I add this in the template.php file, that it should also pick up custom.css besides the default stylesheet.css?

Code: Select all

<?php MijoShop::getClass('base')->addHeader(JPATH_MIJOSHOP_OC . '/catalog/view/theme/default/stylesheet/stylesheet.css'); ?>

Oh, I added the following line in catalog/view/theme/default/template/common/header.tpl:

Code: Select all

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="catalog/view/theme/default/stylesheet/custom.css" />
And it seems to work fine. Anything I am doing wrong that I am not aware of?

I'd use the VQMOD extension.
Here is their official page: https://github.com/vqmod/vqmod
