maybe not a real error but a little annoying:
if you are on the page to select your methode of payment, there is a link to "terms and conditions" so you can check them before you agree. If you click on the link, you go to the right page but on that terms and conditions page, there is only a "continue" button. if you click it, you go back to the homepage and have to check out again in stead of going back to the payment page.

The "Terms and Conditions" are supposed to open in a new window, not in the same window, this is the default. If it is not opening into a new window, then you must have changed something. The relevant line of code can be found in: "catalog/language/english/checkout/payment.php", line 14, which should read:
