Best Place for Support

Can anyone advise on the best method to get answers to questions about Opencart?
I have tried this forum but from the 8 queries I have posted, I have only had the answer returned on 3 occasions.
Maybe I am doing something wrong, or maybe all the people with the answers are on another forum.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Most errors are in the error log, search on the forum.
Not everybody is running the same version or extensions.

Test your mod's on a localhost with wamp or xampp, before putting it live.

Since it's community-based support in the forums, you'll only get an answer when (A) someone knows the answer, (B) they happen to find your topic, and (C) they have time to respond. Sometimes it just takes a little patience, and sometimes questions never get answered.
