I'm looking for extension to change the list view in admin p

For example under catalog->categories, extensions->modules, system->users->user groups, the edit button is aligned to the right while the description\name to the left. For me it's uncomfortable even with a 13" (and 24" on the desktop its even harder).
Is there any extension that enhanced the view of those lists inside the administrative panel?
Or even a change I can make to the code to align the description\name text to the right may also do the trick...
