Updated Better newletter removal vQmod

I updated the Better newletter removal vQmod to work with OpenCart v1.5.4.1
I installed the 1.5.4.1 version but there are still 2 instances of the newsletter. One is on the registration page and the other in in the at the bottom of the My Account page.
