Opencart designer + developer needed

Hi,
I require few changes in my opencart site( ver 1.5.4).
I am using below responsive theme :

changes i want :
-quantity textbox with +/- for the product box, both on home page and category page. (it is present of product page)
-Offer image with % value like 20% off
-single page checkout
-facebook login
- i need redesigned home page ( i will provide this details after your quote.
