Hello,
Can someone tell me how i can edit a customer address in OC 1.5.3.1,
when placing the order the house number was entered as 25, when it should have been 35, the customer didnt make an account with us, they used the guest checkout option. but i would like to edit the house number to reflect the correct address.
the order is 4days old and no longer shows the view / edit tab.
i know i can use, Sales > Customers but this option does not show guess checkouts.
Thanks in advance.

Found a Fix, Which seems to work
i just edited via a URL. the url below will need a little editing if you have the same problem as i did, you will need to change your domian name and add the order number to the end. (the bits in red)
http://your www. domain.com/admin/index.php?route=sale/order/update&token=fa83740f03374a504d371ace9e2217c4&order_id=XXX << enter order number in replace of the XXX

would also have to remove the token part.
Running Opencart v3.0.3.9 with multi-stores and the default template from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.

You could just change the number of days in admin > settings > option tab, 4 days is not exactly a long time to allow order editing!Car-Chem wrote: i just edited via a URL.

VIEW ALL EXTENSIONS * EXTENSION SUPPORT * WEBSITE * CUSTOM REQUESTS
wouldn't it be useful to be able to limit the customers ability to amend an order but give the admin the ability to do it from back end? thanks grgr though for reminding me there is an option to change that setting. i was tearing my hair out!
