I want to delete the link för Affiliate in the bottom of the website. How can I do that?

You'll want to open .catalog/view/theme/<your template>/common/footer.tpl locate $text_affiliate and remove the surrounding code .. I think it's something like <li><a href="<?php echo $affiliate; ?>"><?php echo $text_affiliate; ?></a></li> , but that's just from memory ~~ I'm sure you'll see what I mean.
