Language flags linking to an extenal site

Some websites are using a different url for each language, and it would be wonderful the trick to link to an external site instead to the same site on the same language, for example:
ENGLISH FLAG LINKING TO -> http://www.shoesENG.com
ITALIAN FLAG LINKING TO -> http://www.shoesITA.com
FRENCH FAG LINKING TO -> http://www.shoesFRA.com
etc..

Maybe it wold be enough to add here a url field that when filled will exclude some of the others?
