Product Configuration Extension?

I need to display SOME products with no price & no add to cart button (or no other button).

These products also need to be able to use other products as mandatory options (this would allow me to update stock levels via a .csv file).

Basically, it would allow me to display a base product (with no button/price) that would be customer configurable by selecting options (which would have a button/price).

Does anyone know of an extension or extensions that would do this?
