I've looked all over these forums and through the documentation and I can't find any info on editing any of the email templates that go out to customers for order confirmations, shipping confirmations, etc. I see there are a few extensions for this sort of thing but shouldn't this be standard functionality built into OC?
Is there any information anywhere about editing the email templates that are built into OC?
