shipping module help

Hello I purchased this module for Individual product shipping rate and know I need to know how to set it up the way I want. The problem I am having is that now once I go to estimate the shipping or check out it shows the option to pick between UPS and the set shipping rate. I want it only display the shipping rate not the UPS since the UPS is not accurate. Do you know what I would have to do to set it up this way.

If you choose to add this item to the shopping cart, then choose "shopping cart" tab on top, then choose "Estimate Shipping & Taxes". Once you choose this one I want the "shipping rate" to be the only option.

Also I forgot to mention that I need the other shipping service(UPS) to stay installed for the other items I sell. I just need to use the Individual Shipping rate module for a few certain big items like this front bumper.

Unless the shipping rate itself has product restrictions, you can't limit when it appears based on the products in the cart. You'd need to use an extension like my Restrict Shipping Methods one, which allows you to determine when shipping methods appear based on the products in the cart.
