If you do not want paypal know who you are and what your site is, this function could help.
By this extension, the system will send an paypal payment email to your customer when he clicks "confirm order".
You could set a new order status, such as "Pending Paypal Payment". After the email is sent, the order will be saved into your database and the status is "pending paypal payment".
After your customer receives the payment email, he could click the payment link in his email and pay you in paypal office site.

Manual:
This extension is base on the vQmod
You need to install the vQmod first then copy the folders and files into the right palce.
After your installation:
1. Add a new "order status" in the admin site for this type of order.
2. In the Admin -> Extensions -> Payments -> Paypal Standard -> Edit,
Use Email to Checkout(choose YES)
Email Order Status:(choose the new order status you just added)
3. Configurate the email info in the Admin -> System -> Settings -> Mail Tab
Then the system will work.
