Trouble with CSV Feed-- Table not found

Greetings. I am trying to populate my product and manufacturer information in Opencart with information in a csv or xml file which my drop shipper has supplied. I've installed the compatible CSV import/export module with the Opencart I am running. When I try to upload my csv file of products, my browser returns the error of "table not found".

Am I missing something? Do I need a script somewhere to direct the placement of information or create new tables? Do I need a different module? Any assistance would be much appreciated. Thanks!!
