The idea is so I can offer 10% store credit back on anything they purchase on the website, ie. £60 back if they spend £600 on the store.

Store credit is already included in opencart. Go to the customer (sales > customers > customers) and add a transaction (badly named as it is store credit). When customers check out, the credit is auto deducted. You can adjust when the credit is deducted (before or after shipping is added, etc) thru extensions > order totals too.
Running Opencart v3.0.3.9 with multi-stores and the default template from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.
Hi Labeshops, Thanks for your reply. I have looked into sales > customers, that is as far as I can go into. Could it be to do with the fact that I have OC 1.4.9.3 and it is lacking of functions so to speak?
