I have a client that wants to sort the 'reasons for return'. Anybody tackle this issue or have a recommendation? Thanks in advance!

Yes, the alphabetical order sorting is a bit of a pain, isn't it? :-) I'm using the following words to keep the list in the order I think is more relevant to my business:

- Faulty (please provide details)
- Incorrect item
- Not suitable
- Other (please specify)

Sorry I haven't got anything cleverer to offer but I hope this helps!
