estimated ship date module

I am looking for a estimated ship date module? Something that i can set either by product that it will ship in lets say 5 days. I am even willing to maybe do this manually on backend so people can have an estimated day we will ship there products. The site is a printing site so depending on the item it may take 2-15 days.

It seems like you could use stock statuses to display to the customer how long a product will take to create and ship.
