Products, Attributes, etc..

Hi,

As ex-magento user I have some feature requests that I think would be great to implement making OC more poverful:

1. Option to disable shopping. Only catalog mode
This way companies can use it as quality product catalog, for example Lexmark, Canon, Logitech, when you are looking for products. It will help OC to be used much more also as CMS

2. Create product based on attributes group
So for example if I want to add "MALE SHIRT" for my product it will automaticly adds me attributes to Attribute section, without hassle. When I want to add "SHOES" OC will add all attributes needed for that product. I see no point of attribute groups if you cannot add product based on those attributes automaticly. It could be solved, when you ading new product OC asks you what kind of product you are adding, you select "default" if you want standard set of attributes or "some_specific" if you are adding some other product type.

3. Attributes can have much more options
For example: checkboxes for "Use it for layered navigation, use it in compare, type of attribute etc.

4. Making language files unique
Although OC is incredible machine translating it is really heavy task. It would be nice if it can hold all translations in two files. One for Admin, other for Catalog, and one folder for all plugin files. I can understand that maybe this is easier for developers, but when new version is out you have to start translating all over, because translations do not mach at all, making OC huge job at upgrade for foreign language.
