This is something that has been bugging me for some time!!
I have weight based shipping set-up and after a few months of tweaking the prices I am finally happy that I am charging the right prices for the right weights and geo-zones.
What annoys me is that people have to use the estimator or go into the checkout process to get a shipping quote.
Is it possible for me to default the customers location to UK if they have not yet logged a location and show them the price for their shipping in the cart? 95% of my orders are for people in the UK and the other 5% can still get a quite by using the estimator or the checkout?
I know that not showing the shipping price in the cart is a big conversion killer and I want to correct it ASAP.
Any advice?
