Option values adding together in cart

Inputting an option with values for a product and then adding a second option with values. When an option is picked in this case and added to the shopping cart, the corresponding line and value of the second option array is also picked up and added to the first option line item in the cart.

The only way I can see presently around this is to put all the option values under one option choice. Since the program allows more than one option to be added to the same product, this adding of $$ values and item codes together in the shopping cart appears to be a program bug.
