Mobile App - Discreet Ordering

Hi, I have a problem and interest to see if others have this.
I propose an app that i've started on to give myself a solution and it may be of interest to others.
My problem is some of my clients require orders to be discreet. This means NO EMAILS whatso ever or txt or even ringing. So how do we process an order when it has a problem if we can not contact the customer.
Currently the clients have to wait for the upset customer to make contact wondering why they have not had the parcel arrive. For some reason logging into the website doesn't always work - if at work Internet access for this type of shop may not be ideal.
I have started on a app that works with all clients shops. infact it will work for any shop. The idea is that when an order is created or status changes are made it sends via a basic api to a central hosted application that has all orders from all stores in.
in basic the app only requires the email account, the order id and a status. an optional comment can be included. no deatail;s about what has been ordered are required. the order status are either processing, contact us or completed. When a status change occurs it will notify the user if they are auto logged into the mobile app. if not, it will tell them when they log in.
The app shows all the orders the client made at any of the stores, shows its status. Has tags for paid and tracking details.
There is alot more that I havn't included that this will do.
One of the features that the app has, is that for all stores using this system, it also shows offers/promotions that are current and offered. The user can view the list of registered stores, subscribe to stores and offers and be notified as new deals come out such as ... 1hr deal - coupon code XX for store xx.
