[vQmod] Highlight & link installed modules in admin

Simple vQmod that bolds the names of only installed modules in admin extensions list and turns them into edit links
It's the little things that make life easier.

Works for me in 1.5.2.1 but probably other versions
Don't ask - just give it a go. and one to remove them entirely
You can always whip it out when you need to

A year later, I find this very useful in 1.5.6. Thanks!
