Before you start , I AM using the new version so it not that ....

Problem

when I make a payment , it all goes through okay barclays side , but after , theres is no record of it in the opencart back office or customers order history , think it might have something to do with the info that comes back from barclays just after the sale ..

very frustrating and would really like a leg up on this one

i am in the same boat just set it up today it takes payment (test site) and creates a order number but not in the admin panel

:/ anyone ive emailed the Developer but no answers as of yet

jason will answer its just hes a bit busy , are your orders in the missing section when you look in the orders of admin too?

they dont show up in Latest 10 Orders or any where but payment goes ok

Theres a drop down box in the admin > sales> orders section , if you select missing orders and filter on that, do you see them ?

also have you been thru this readme

yes i can see this, thanks for sharing so basically the orders are getting order status canceled, when they should be getting processed if you click a missing order then change its status to processed it then shows up on the main admin etc

yep exactly the same as me , in theory you could go live this way and manually finish off the orders yourself , but this is not ideal also , this way it does not deduct stock so that would be done manually aswell , ive writteb to jason (epdq) author hopefully he'll get back soon ....


and also the orders that are all sitting in missing, theres no way of knowing from looking at them in admin if they were successful or cancelled without looking at the emails you should be getting from barclays :(


ps are you using epdq or epdq2

yeah i hope it gets fixed soon :( i am using ePDQ2 still testing it Ive tried changing the status in the epdq2 file but no look as of yet :/ ok my twitter is @Total_Control_

Got exactly the same issue here too. Unless you go to "missing orders" nothing shows, even though payment has been successful and email received.

Has anyone had any success with this? I notice that these are recent posts.

I am having the same problem the barclays is in test mode and when i go through my store to test it allows me to put in my CC details>> all good

but orders go into missing orders

I do get an email from barclays, but opencart doesnt send one

but the user did

any suggestions guys?

Not sure if the old barclays CPI module is still relevant or not. I pulled mine based on some info from Barclay that they would soon be discontinuing it. Barclay has a new API now for "Extra" and "Extra Plus" which is like redirect CPI and onsite API respectively. They are both available on the extension store.
