Can not change language and currency after i bought a templa

So, i bought a template from templatemonster, i installed it, and changing between currencies doesnt work. Okay, than i installed an another language pack, but only the adminpage works with the another language. On my front webpage i can see the language images, but nothing happens when i click on it.

Im using the version: Opencart 1.5.1.3

Do you have any ideas?
