Is your site hosted in BlueHost?

You need to contact your host .. They have cut you off because you have exceeded your CPU usage for your billing period.  Even though your data usage may still be under the cap.  Sounds like you may just want to find a new host.  Do a search on google and find one people have had good luck with.  Stay away from godaddy, bluehost, fortune city, etc...

If you absolutely need to cut down on CPU .. Probably the only option as of now is to turn off compression in your cart settings.  Images are already cached so if you have added lots of new products this may have been the cause "Open Cart saves the thumbnail images it creates so it doesn't have to do it every time" Lots if new images = New thumbnails = more CPU load on the server.

yes, it's the bluehost. The only advantage of bluetooth is big disk space and cheap price. When there are over  40 visitors at the same time, it will cause the "CPU quota" suspend. Have to move the site to another host if more visitors coming.

thanks for help.
