Free Luxury Template help

Does anyone have experience with the free template called Luxury? I'm trying to create a new button on the top row of buttons, where he has Home, Wish List, My Account, Shopping Cart, Checkout. I cannot figure out where to do this, or what file these buttons are contained in. I'm assuming they are part of the template, not the original OC files. The developer doesn't answer questions, so I can't go that direction.
