Autofill SEO field (vQmod) on OC 1.5.3.1=Big mistake

Hi,
Yesterday I tryed to install Autofill SEO field (vQmod) on opencart 1.5.3.1(yes, I know that the mod doesn't support it
), but It brakes my admin opencart shop. Every time when I try to add/edit a product it gives me these errors:
I unninstall the vqmod file but with no result. I wil be very appreciated if somebody help me to repair the errors?
