getting the design is possible, functions, not really possible. you will just have to copy the stylesheet over and make necessary changes.
Well, as for the mega menu navigation system . . . I know there is a near identical mega menu extension currently being worked on/soon to be released. I can't give out any more info than that until it's actually released ... suffice to say that I have been privy to - and have contributed input/guidance for - this project and it is coming along VERY nicely. (and I am a tough critic to satisfy
