user reminder module asap

Before year i write a post for module request , but nobody answer me. Will be very glad if somone want make this extension for OC, will send full data project (jpg, text, etc. ) to know what i want like design and functions. may be will be and some little cash. wait fo orders
I have an idea for writing a very successful unit, but since I can not write it I know who has to cope with this task. My idea is this: the module to send a letter to mail to registered customers say 3 days before a date for the important customer of the store.
