Set SEO Keywords for Contact Us, Returns and sitemap Page

Hi,
Have been pretty happy with the setup of SEO keywords for the Information pages. Now the only setup that is needed is on the default sitemap, Returns and Contact Us page. They are still linking to the long URL -> http://www.mydomain.com/mystore/index.p ... urn/insert

Can anyone point me to the direction where to set the keyword for these 3 pages please?

Do you really need people to know about your contact us page prior to getting to your site? Are people going to FIND your website through a search engine by typing in Contact Us? If so then yes. If not, forget about it

Same here - we have a client that just wants it to look nice - EG he wants to have website.com/contact not /contact?235432445blabla_32049723094_words)*&%(%(

If my developer posts a solution ill add it here - if people want to moan about why we want our contact pages with nice URL's then please direct your thoughts, concerns and comments below;
