NOCHEX not working. Help! - NOW RESOLVED

Hi Guys,

I am so close to getting my store online and taking payments but I need some help as the NOCHEX payment module does not appear to be working correctly. I have a live and working account but I get this message everytime the shopping cart goes to Nochex for payment.

"The "email address" or "Merchant ID" you are trying to send money to is invalid/does not exist, please try again (do not use invalid characters such as commas and spaces)."

I'd really appreciate any help anyone could offer...

Hi Simon - have you tried contacting your account manager at Nochex? We have an expert integration team and your account manager will be able to put you in touch with them. Hope this helps, Peter (I work for Nochex)

Peter,

I have to say working with Nochex is painful. I've been waiting weeks to get my payment page sorted out. It looks awful. Numerous emails to numerous people including the account manager has got me nowhere.

Any actual help you can offer would be appreciated.
