Sister Site setup for US Sales

Hi I have a site www.daisyspetshop.com
I would like a sister site set up using the same layout that will be taylored for US shoppers and sell different products (ones that I have negotiated to drop ship from US).
If this can be integrated with my current site and maybe switch subdomain based on current domain that would be good.

I have a list of about 7,000 products to be put onto the new site which I have in an excel spreadsheet and also HD images.

Please e-mail me ideas and quotes.
I do not need SEO or anything like that. simply functionality and the products.
