USPS Restriction Mod

We have a couple of rules we need in place that we could use some assistance with.

For international USPS we need to following conditions in place:

Only display Priority Mail International IF
1) Items are 40 lbs or less AND
2) Item price is $650 or less AND
3) Item girth is less than 108”

Only display Express Mail International IF
1) Items are 40 lbs or less AND
2) Item price is between $650 and $2499 AND
3) Item girth is less than 108”

Anything over $2500 OR over 40lbs would have to ship by FedEx International.

Since FedEx and USPS are separate modules I think by default if the USPS options are not available then all that is left is FedEx so that condition may take care of itself. However, USPS requires some conditions to restrict Priority Mail International and Express Mail International. This seems like it should be easy enough, but we don’t have enough information about the relationships of files to figure this out quickly.
