pls help with template ^^

on my open card version electronics template don't work corectly.. ill fix that now don't have errors and bugs.. but haves 2 problems:

problem 1 its banner, after fix i don't see banner on main page,
and problem 2 its paymant and copyring link..

for see template ill fixed:
\template\common\home.tpl
\template\common\header.tpl

where i can find banner setings and copyting?
