i would like to add some text on the logo in header, whick i could change through css, padding, alignment, font and other..
edit header.tpl file and find:
<div class="div2"><a href="<?php echo $home; ?>"><img src="<?php echo $logo; ?>" title="<?php echo $store; ?>" alt="<?php echo $store; ?>" /></a></div>
before the closing </div> add
<span class="slogan">Some Test Here</span>

What Q say is correct with one exception use id="slogan".
Slogan being a unique identifier in your stylesheet.
From there use aboslute positioning including negative values if need be to place anywhere in the header you want.
