Are you talking admin "user group" or customer "group"?
customer/customer is the customer editing page. The "group" is used for different things.

As a new user to OpenCart who does not work with websites on a day to day basis (however have had my wins since '94) I generally am able to figure most things or myself or through "helpful" forum users.
I am looking for some form of reference regarding criteria for options under the Access Permission in Admin > Users > User Group; and yes I have searched the forum, documentation and wiki for this information but have been unable to find it.
IE There is a "extension/payment" and then there are the "payment/[payment type]" options. what's the difference. If a client has an option to access "payments" then what is the requirement to check the option: payment/paypal (as an example).

every single page has 2 options in the admin area.
access & modify
access allows people to see, but not save
modify allows people to see AND save
So for each module
payment/paypal
payment/paypoint
payment/pp_pro
you can set the privileges for other admins to
Deny all permission
Read only permission
Full control
For the extension/payment page, that would disallow access to even see what modules you have available.
Was that "helpful" enough?
