not displaying the shipment in front end with new extension

Dear sir/madams,

i am new to this open cart and i installed successfully in my localhost....
i wanted DHL as mode of shipment and downloaded the module for DHL and based on the video tutorials from http://forum.opencart.com/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=9645
to copy the file form that module in to opencart folder and from the admin page..i have installed and then according edited the set up and saved.
But from the front end when i test for check out, the it is displaying : Warning: No Shipping options are available. Please contact us for assistance!

So if any one could assist me....
or suggest me how to add DHL as mode of shipment solution ...
